After hosting this event for 10 years, we have never increased pricing, and we don't plan to either. However, new since 2024, Trail Hero will have a $20 fee for Late Registration. Please sign up with our "Early Bird Registration" by September 21st for trails that only cost $50 per trail per vehicle. We close online registration for trails September 21st. No refunds on trails after September 21st, no refunds after 90 days of purchase. Additionally, we will have On Location Registration at Sand Hollow Resort for the Yukon Gear & Axle Kick Off Party Monday September 28th at 5pm and every morning of the event from 7am to 10am. All Trail Riders registering the first time for trails at the On Location Registration will pay $70 per trail per vehicle. Please tell your friends of this vital change. All Trail Riders MUST show up to one of our On Location Registrations to sign waivers and collect event passes. Lastly, Trail Hero will not be working with the Sand Hollow State Park in 2026. Therefore, if you decide to enter the state park, you will be charged for entry. Please adjust your plans accordingly.
