
Trail Hero Education is a series of classes and lectures to help attendees of Trail Hero learn new and exciting ways to offroad safely and responsibly. Some classes are completely free, and some that have trail time with experts have a cost of $50 per vehicle (bring as many people you want in your rig for no additional fee). Elevate your off road experience and come learn from the best in the business.
Topics and classes are included below...
(FREE) Off Road recovery and winching: Each day, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday on the Exhibitor Stage in Outdoor Vendor Show at Washington Fairgrounds from 3pm to 5pm each day. These classes will teach techniques covering how to safely recover stuck vehicles using ropes, winches, snatch blocks, traction boards, and more. Covering entry level requirements and set ups to advance your skills.
(FREE) 4x4 Basics with Charlene Bower: Class covers basic Vehicle use in the world of exploring off-road. Charlene is a certified International Off-Road Trainer with extensive experience and even a Baja 1000 win. Her expertise will set you up for not only a great week of off-roading but a great year of exploring the great outdoors. Located at the Indoor Rodeo Arena, each day at 10am. Classes last about 2 hours.
($50 Fee per Vehicle) Off-Road University 4x4 101: Learn from the experts at Best Off-Road on how to use your 4-wheel drive and set up your vehicle in a real-world application. Go on trail and explore various terrain and how to conquer entry level obstacles. Learn to drive very mild Rocks, Sand, and more! After this, you will be ready to tackle harder trails that explore more amazing areas!
($50 Fee per Vehicle) Overlanding Prep & Adventure: Travel with the guys from Sherpa as they help you outfit your vehicle and take the long road to some pretty amazing locations. Their pro's will be happy to walk around your vehicle with you and give some ideas on how to be better prepared for the ultimate journey. Their trail schedule changes daily starting with:

Thursday: Backdoor to Babylon (Rated 4)
Friday: Toquerville Falls Day (Rated 4)
